Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us first (see Contact) to receive return instructions and a return authorisation. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Returned products must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your return authorisation. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned in good condition with any original packaging and accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used product may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

Free or bonus items, digital products and gift items cannot be returned for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For payment-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed through the channel agreed when you contact our support team.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund, first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing can take several business days. If it is still not resolved, contact us and we will follow up.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
